Supply of electricity and natural gas, including complex services connected with secure stable and complex supply of energy, that is, including distribution and transport of energy to public supply pointsthe procurer, i. premises of the Technical University in Zvolen, including other regulated services and taking responsibility for imbalance, in a quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator in compliance with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operating rules of the distribution network operator. v ZoznWe have the sampling points listed in Part D Description of the subject matter of the tender documents.

The subject of this part of the contract is the supply of electricity in single and double tariffs, including complex services connected with secure stable and comprehensive supply of electricity, ie including its distribution and transmission through the distribution network.sustavou (transmission of electricity, distribution of electricity, system services and other regulated items) from 00.00 hrs. CET on 01/01/2020 to midnight CET until 31.12.2022 at the procurement points of the contracting authority, i. premises of the Technical University in Zvolen, and taking responsibility for imbalance in a quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network- Expected scope of contract: 6 512.78 MWh for 3 years

Detailed description of the subject of this part of the contract is given in the tender documents. personal status according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, respectively. by- 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Act. 4 zakona. Applicants registered in the list of economic entities under the Act is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement pursuant to - 32 para.

The contracting authority shall recognize an entry equivalent to that entered in the list of economic operators under the law, andbecause a certificate of registration is issued to the competent authorities of another Member State, by which the tenderer proves that the conditions for participation in the tendering procedure have been fulfilled. The contracting authority shall also accept any other equivalent document submitted by the tenderer.In case of demonstration of fulfillment of the condition of participation in personal status according to - 32 para. 1 pism. e) the Public Procurement Act by an extract from the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic or an extract from the Trade Register of the Slovak Republic; 3 of the Act on the submission of these documents to the contracting authority

In the case of demonstration of fulfillment of the condition of participation in personal status according to - 32 para. 1 pism. (a) a procurement law if the tenderer fails to produce the document referred to in paragraph 2 (pism). a) the contracting authority shall proceed in accordance with - 32 para.

1) The contracting authority allows unrestricted and direct access to public procurement.by means of electronic means for the competition documents and any additional documents which will be published to the contracting authority as electronic documents in the contracting authority profile https://www.uvo.gov.sk/search/profiles/accounts/8149 and Josephine https: // josephine .proebiz.com / en / tender / 5168 / summary.

2) The contracting authority will, when communicating with the tenderers resp. Adoptsto proceed in accordance with - 20 of the Public Procurement Act through the communication interface of the Josephine system. Only authenticated tenderers may submit tenders. The offer is made electronically in accordance with - 49 par. 1 pism. (a) a procurement law and entered into the Josephine system. All information is given in the tender documents

3) To ensure the binding of the offersThe amount of security required shall be as follows:

For Part 1 of the subject of the contract Supply of electricity in the amount of EUR 15 000, 00 (in the word paetnasťtisiceur)

For Part 2 of the subject of the contract Supply of natural gas in the amount of EUR 1 000, 00

4) Compliance with the conditions of participation can be proved by either documents proving the fulfillment of conditions of participation orin particular, the documents may be provisionally replaced by a single European document (hereinafter referred to as `JED`). In the case where the tenderer has provisionally replaced the JED documents, the contracting authority shall allow in Part IV. JEDu fill in only section. global data for all conditions of participation without having to fill in other sections of Part IV.

5) Pursuant to - 66 para. 7 of the Public Procurement Act evaluation of the fulfillment of the teacher`s conditions- 6 shall be carried out after the evaluation of tenders pursuant to - 53.

6) The contracting authority may not conclude a contract with a tenderer who is subject to an obligation to register in the public sector partners register and is not registered in the public sector partners register or at the time of conclusion of the contract to the contracting authority are not entered in the register ofabout the sector. The obligation applies to subcontractors for the entire duration of the contract. The obligation to register in the public sector partner register shall apply to each member of the supplier group. (7) In the event of receipt of an offer from a supplier group, with Article 37 par. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, so that a group of suppliers, before signing the framework agreement for the proper performance of the framework agreement, should create the right form pursuant to Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Of Commercial Code as amended or under Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civic rectum, as amended, respectively. in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in force in the country of residence

8) The public procurement in question is not:

a) green public procurement

b) procurement of innovation, or

c) procurement focused on social aspects
