Public procurement of services relating to technical support and expertise in renewable energies and cogeneration in Wallonia

The aim of the market is to provide the contracting authority with technical support and expertise in the fields of renewable energies, heat, bio-energy andcogeneration in Wallonia.

- to answer the requests of the administration or the cabinet with regard to the files in progress or new,

- the priority of the files will be defined by the Committee of accompaniment,

- a minimum order quantity will be defined, namely:

- the statistics of the various renewable sectors, the portal site of energy (www.energie.wallonie.be);

- specific requests from third parties,

- requests for communications, training, representation of the SPW,

- etc, ...

The public service of Wallonia is requested through requests for reports emanating from european or international institutions (balance sheets and energy projections), specific parliamentary questions, specific requests from its supervisory minister, requests for participation in working groups, reflections on financial assistance, etc. The tenderer is requested to provide support for the public service of Wallonia and the firm through his expertise.

The successful tenderer agrees to grant confidentiality to the information and data that will be sent to him by the accompanying committees. the deposit of its accompanying offere of the Single European Market Document (DUME), the tenderer officially declares on his honor:

1) that he is not in one of the mandatory or optional exclusion cases, which must or may result in his exclusion;

(2) it meets the selection criteria established by the contracting authority in this market.
