1. Requirements for the personal situation of the participants and grounds for removal:

- The assignor applies the grounds for removal under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, which occurred before or during the procedure, as well as according to Art. 57 of the Public Procurement Act. The grounds for removal related to the personal condition are attachedAgainst any economic operator - participant, member of association, third person and / or subcontractor, - Other grounds for removal: from the procedure will be eliminated any participant who is found to have one or more of the circumstances under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act. According to Art. 35a, para. (3) of the Labor Code or similar offenses established by an act of a competent authority under the law of the State in which the participant is established; the circumstance under Art. 107, item 4 of the HOP.

2. Documents to prove the lack of grounds for removal and compliance with the selection criteria:
