Delivery of hard coal for energy purposes, type 31.1 to 32.2, grade I, with requirements according to PN-82 / G- 97001-3 in the order Miał II A in class 22-18-06 and the following parameters:

1. The subject of the order is deliveryand solid fuel for heating purposes, in accordance with the delivery plan specified in Annex No. 1 to the contract.

2. The subject of the orders consists of hard coal supply for energy purposes of type 31.1 to 32.2, grade I with requirements according to PN-82 / G-97001-3 in the MIAL II A classification in class 22-18-06 and the following parameters:

• calorific value: from 22 000 kJ / kg;

• ash content: up to 18%;

• includedtotal moisture: up to 15%

• sulfur content: up to 0.6%

• sinterability parameter: RI up to 20

• permissible thickness of fine particles (granulation):

- fraction from 0 to 3 mm to 30%,

- fraction from 3 mm to 20 mm remaining,

- a fraction from 20 mm to 30 mm to 5%, in an amount of 2, 000 tons.

The Ordering Party does not set a specific condition in this respect.

This condition will be met if the Contractor shows thatego financial or credit capacity in the period of 1 month before the date of opening offers was at a level of at least PLN 800, 000.

1. The Contracting Authority foresees the exclusion of the Contractor against which the premises specified in art. 24 sec. 5 subject to paragraph 8 of the Act.

In order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion, the Contractor is obliged to submit the following documents and statements:

- inforfrom the National Criminal Register to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Act, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids or requests to participate in the proceedings,

- excerpt from the relevant register or from central records and business information, if separate regulations require an entry to the register or records, inorder to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion under Art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Act, - the Contractor's statement that he has not issued a final court judgment or final administrative decision on default of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums, or in the event of such a verdict or decision confirming the paymentthe amount of these receivables together with any interest or fines or conclusion of a binding agreement regarding the repayment of such receivables, - a declaration by the Contractor about the lack of a ruling against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for public orders.

2. According to art. 10a paragraph 1 of the Act, the Contractor is obliged to submit a declaration - Uniform Euro - valid as at the day of submitting the offersthe Order Document (EAT), in electronic form, bearing a qualified electronic signature.

3. According to art. 24aa of the Act, the Contracting Party informs that it will first evaluate the offers, and then examine whether the contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. Contractor whose offer zosa cheap chosen party will be obliged to pay a due performance bond (ZNWU) of 5% of the offered price in accordance with Art. 150 sec. 2 of the Pzp. Act
