Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the contract, which is the supply of liquid propellants and heating fuels.

Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered● Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be enrolled in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in the State of Establishment or satisfy any other requirement defined, in Appendix XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or to third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, the duration of the contract is twelve months, with a three-month extension, and a total estimated value of nine hundred and sixty nine thousand fifty nine euros and seventy-one cents (969.059, 71 €) including VAT .A. or seven hundred and eighty one thousand four hundred and ninety nine euros and seventy seven cents(€ 781, 499.77) without VAT . Specifically: Estimated value Six hundred Fifteen Thousand Two hundred Four Euros and Forty Minutes (€ 615, 204.40) without VAT (2019 credits) and an increase of the item for the following year by Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Two hundred Nineteen Five Euros and Thirty Seven Minutes (166, 295.37 €) without VAT (credits for 2020)

Award criteria will be the most advantageousAs economically advantageous tender per type of fuel (per cpv), solely on price, ie. the largest percentage (%) discounts on legally modular, delivery day, average retail price of fuel at Regional Unit / City as it will results from the price list issued by the relevant Department of Commerce and Tourism of the RegionsMacedonia and Eastern Macedoniatheir partners in each city / regional group. The competition will be conducted using the platform of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS) through the portal www.promitheus.gov.gr of the system. The offers are submitted by the economic operators electronically via the internet portal www.promitheus.gov. gr, of ESHTo the final date and time specified in this declaration, in the Greek language, in an electronic file, according to the provisions of Law 4155/13 (Government Gazette / Α / 29-5-2013), in Article 11 of Y.A. P1 / 2390/2013 (Government Gazette / B / 2677 / 21-10-2013), Law 4412/2016 and those set forth in this declaration.
