This study concerns the supply of liquid fuels and lubricants for needs of the services of the Municipality of Vari - Voula - Vouliagmeni, the Social House of Adult Vouliagmeni, the School of Primary Educationthe School of Secondary Education and the Organization of Sport, Culture and Child Education of the Municipality of Vari - Voula - Vouliagmeni (OAAPIA).

Main Site: Municipality of Vari - Voula - Vouliagmeni.

The supply of diesel fuel related to the movement of the vehicles of the Municipality of Vari - Voula - Vouliagmeni, will take place in a reservoir of the Municipality that is installed inthe Cleanup Address (Address). If for any reason this can not be feasible, the supply will be made at the premises of the contractor's service station or from a reservoir - designated by the contractor and with the approval of the contracting authority. of this Convention are required to engage in commercial or industrial activitiesor craft activity related to the subject of supply. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412 / 2016. In the caseeconomic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not covered by the preceding indent and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in the same professional or commercialregisters. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry
