Purchase of Fuel

Purchase of Fuel (Petrol A95, Diesel, Liquefied Petroleum Gas) (hereinafter "Goods, Fuel") to Joniškis District Municipal Institutions ("Municipal Institution") under the Terms of Reference.

Main Site: Joniškis (petrol station within 10 km from the authorized organization headquarters (Livonijos str. 4, Joniškis)), New Akmenė, Šiauliai.

1. Buyer in Joniškis district Žagarė kindergarten "Cherry".

2. Preliminary amount of fuel for 36 months:

- A95 brand gasoline 150 liters,

- diesel 9 000 liters.

The Contracting Authority requires suppliers to submit an up-to-date European Single Public Procurement Document, replacing the documents issued by the competent authorities and provisionally confirming the absence of grounds for exclusion under Article 45 of the Public Procurement Act. The CSD shall be completed using national EWFD service. The completed and downloaded ECSD shall be accompanied by the offer.

The ECSD shall be completed through the national ECSD service.
