Delivery of fuel in the non-cash system for company cars and power generators and small equipment for the benefit of the Common Entity

The subject of the orders is the successive purchase of fuels in the non-cash system using fuel cards for company cars and power generators and small equipment, for the followinglitters common to:

1. The subject of the order is successive purchase of fuels in the non-cash system using fuel cards for company cars, power generators and small equipment.

2. The purchase of fuels indicated by the Ordering Party will be carried out in the non-cash system at the Contractor's stations

3. The type and maximum amount of fuel expected to be purchased during the periodthe contract is:

1) Diesel oil - 128 402 liters

2) Diesel oil for trucks / buses - 638 200 liters

3) Diesel oil for aggregates - 14 385 liters

4) Ethyline Pb95 - 97 145 liters

5) Etylin Pb98 - 19 420 liters

6) Etylin Pb95 (for small equipment) - 47 833 liters. Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings regarding thesettlement of competences or entitlements to conduct a specific professional activity, if it results from separate regulations. - The condition will be fulfilled if the Contractor has a current license for trading in liquid fuels.

In the case of submitting an offer by Contractors jointly applying for the order, each of them must have the competences and powers referred to above.

Wconfirmation that the Contractor meets this condition will take place on the basis of Part IV of the EED, ie the Eligibility Criteria, section alpha.

1. The contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings based on:

1.1 may apply for the contract. Art. 24 sec. 1 point 12-23 of the Public Procurement Law,

1.2. Art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law.

2. Ordering before thighordering, he will call the Contractor whose offer has been rated the highest, to submit in the prescribed, not shorter than 10 days, the current date as of the day of submitting declarations or documents confirming the circumstances referred to in art. 25 ust. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, ie: -2.1. current concession for trading in liquid fuels;

2.2. list of technical devices (petrol stations) available to the contractor at celector of execution of the public order together with information on the basis for disposing of these resources

2.3.a) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting tenders;

2.3.b) the Contractor's statement that he has not been the subject of a final court judgment or final decision administry of default in payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums, or in the event of issuing such a verdict or decision documents confirming payment of such claims together with any interest or fines or a binding agreement regarding repayment of such claims;

2.3.c) the Contractor's statement about the lack of a decision againstego as a precautionary measure against the prohibition of applying for public orders;

2.4. excerpt from the relevant register or central records and business information, if separate regulations require an entry in the register or records, in order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion under art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law - 3. Contractor, within 3 days of placing on the site-internet information referred to in art. 86 par. 5 of the Public Procurement Law, submits to the Employer a declaration on belonging to or lack of belonging to the same capital group. With the submission of a statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another Contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the procurement procedure. The offer binding period is 60 daysfrom the end of the deadline for submitting offers.

5. The ordering party does not allow variant offers.

6. The Awarding Entity does not provide for the award of contracts for additional deliveries, in accordance with art. 67 sec. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law

7. The Awarding Entity does not intend to conclude a framework agreement or establish a dynamic purchasing system, nor does it envisage selecting the most advantageous tender with the use of an electronic auction.8. The proceedings are conducted in an unlimited tender procedure.

9. The Contracting Authority informs that in the present proceedings it provides for the possibility of applying the provisions of art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law. In connection with the above, the Contracting Party may first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions of participationu in the proceedings

10. Documents submitted by foreign contractors to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion of the Contractor from participation in the proceedings under Art. 24 sec. 1 item 12-23 and art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Act on Public Procurement Law are specified in Chapter 3 of the Terms of Reference - 11. The criterion for the evaluation of offers in all parts of the order is: price - 100%.
