From 2019 to 2021, a budget of up to EUR 2 700 000.00, including VAT.will take place in the Region of Western Greece and in the 3 Regional Units (PI Achaia, PI Ilias, PI Aitoloakarnania)

The subject of the contract is the awarding of a subcontractor, for the 2nd sub-project: the most economically advantageous tender, on the basis of an optimum price-quality ratio.

The economic operators involved in the award procedure of this contractare required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the services to be provided. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Para.Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SIC. or to third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, -are registered in corresponding business or commercial registers. Businesses established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry. In addition, economic operators must have, in residential areas of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, or print the website of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food(http://www.minagric.gr/e-icide/e-icide_new.aspx), which shows that the company is included in the special list of professionals in the sector posted under Law 3919 / 2011 (Government Gazette A32) or other equivalent document, if they are foreign candidates
