Adequate procedure for specific services: provision of a hypnoanalgesia training service in hospital care on behalf of the hospitall Cochin site of the GHU APHP Center.

The market is a mono-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders under articles R. 2162- (1 to 6) of the code of the public order in force. The contract is concluded without minimum amount with a maximum amount. The holder commits to a maximum amount represented by the valued amount of the candidate's offer pfor the supply of 18 training sessions over the duration of the market.

Bid evaluation criteria:

Criterion 1 (coefficient: 55%): the technical quality the technical quality of the offer (rated 20) will relate to the following elements of assessment :

- the teaching method used(including the ability to adapt to different specialties as well as the evaluation of feedback after 4 months): score on 8 points,

- the qualifications and experience of the speakers: score on 8 points,

- teaching materials: note on 4 points;

Criterion 2 (coefficient: 45%): the price deadline for questions: 30.1.2020 - 16: 00.

The representative of the contracting authority reserves the rightt to initiate negotiations with the candidates. The modalities of this negotiation will then be specified via the PLACE dematerialization platform.
