Schiphol uses assessments (online and offline) for selection and targeted development (both internal and external) ) employees from the thought of 'right person, right time, right place'. The assignment concerns the online and offline axislessons from Schiphol employees, for both selection and development purposes. In addition, continuous support and advice in the field of assessments is part of the assignment.
This plot is aimed at assessments for employees with MBO working and thinking level. Within both lots, a party must at all times be able to take care of both offline and online assessments, for both selectie as development.
