Supply, free of landfill located in Torretta di Legnago (VR), non-calcareous gravel to be used for formation of the draining state of the percolate in the tank bottom of lot F (tanks FV2-FV3-FV4), frank the integrated urban waste treatment systemand non-hazardous specials located in the locality Torretta di Legnago, in 37045 Legnago (VR), locality Torretta snc

The contract has as its object the assignment of the supply, frank the landfill located in the locality Torretta di Legnago (VR), of 6 000 tons of non-calcareous gravel, grain size in the 30-70 mm range and coming from the quarry, for the formation of the drainage layer of the percoiled in the tank bottom of lot F (tanks FV2) having the minimum characteristics indicated in art. 19 of the special terms of reference. The total estimated quantity may vary by 20% (twenty percent) up or down without the supplier having anything to claim beyond the unit price offered, pursuant to art. 106, co. 12, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii.

I participatesmust be in possession of the general requirements, of professional suitability and capacity as per articles. 80, 83 and 86, and all. XVII, of Legislative Decree 50/2016. In particular, competitors must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce for business coinciding with that of the present contract or in a professional or commercial register of the State of residence.er made in the last three years (2016-2017-2018) a total corporate turnover of not less than 1 000 000, 00 EUR (one million euro / 00) excluding VAT,

- attest to having completed in the last three years (2016- 201-2018) a turnover of the activity area of the contract not less than EUR 400 000.00 (four hundred thousand euros / 00) excluding VAT,

- to present appropriate bank statements confirmingthe financial capacity of the company for the performance of the contract.

- award procedure chosen: open procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016,

- the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as well as competitors based in other countries other than Italy, under the conditions set forth in art. 49 of Legislative Decree 50/2016,

- the Disciplinary of gara containing the additional rules of this announcement concerning the possession of the requisites required for admission, the procedures for participation in the tender and the completion and submission of the offer, the documents to be submitted in support of the same and the procedures for the award of the contract, are available on the website http://www.lesespa.it/news/bandi-gara/,

- will proceed toidentification, verification and possible exclusion of abnormally low tenders pursuant to art. 97 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, subject to prior drawing of the method for calculating the anomaly threshold,

- in the case in which the companies meet the general requirements set forth in art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, are lacking in the economic, financial, technical and organizational requirementsor required by the announcement, they want to participate in the tender using the investment institute, will be able to meet their needs by presenting, in compliance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 445/2000, the documentation required by art. 89 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, and scrupulously respecting the provisions of the same article,

- amounts declared by economic operators established in different countriesfrom Italy (pursuant to Article 49 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016) if expressed in another currency they must be converted into EUR,

- and subcontracting is permitted according to the provisions contained in art. 105 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, provided the company expressly communicates it in the tender documentation; the competitor is required to indicate a set of subcontractors pursuant to paragraph 6 of the aforementioned art. 105; subcontractingand admitted in the limits of 30%; direct payment to the subcontractor and admitted in the cases provided for by art. 105, paragraph 13, of Legislative Decree 50/2016,

- the payment to be made for participation in the tender in favor of the Authority for the supervision of public contracts according to the instructions on the website www.anticorruzione.it and equal respectively to:
