The expected services are:

Main Site: Mainly in the premises of the owner. Meetings may be held at the headquarters of the contracting authority or in the laboratories of the universities of the PACA Corse region, or by tele or visioconf.they are:

1) Patentability study;

2) Redaction and filing of a priority request;

3) Deposition of a priority request previously directly drafted by the SATT;

4) Filing of a divisional application, US continuation 5) Drafting and filing of a request under priority with or without substantial reshuffling of the application; 6) Entry into regional and national phases, in Europe or outside Europe;

7)European validation;

8) Processing of notifications from industrial property offices;

9) Processing of a notification under 71 (3) EPC;

10) Processing of search reports in connection with a priority patent application;

11 ) Request for examination in Europe and outside Europe;

12) Registration of a license or sub-license agreement or partial assignment or assignment to the registers ofpatents;

13) Supervision and payment of maintenance fees;

14) Other services.
