Leasing of Service Vehicles

Hereafter in this document, Balsfjord municipality will be called the Contracting Authority The municipality has a procurement section organised in the municipality's finance/internal services.

The Contracting Authority invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for hire vehicles will be used within the Home Service, Child Welfare, Community Nursing, physical and psychiatric rehabilitation.

This is organised in four discharge locations in the municipality:

— Storsteinnes,

— Meistervik,

— Nordkjosbotn, and

— Laksvatn.

The Contracting Authority currently leases approx. 20 vehicles for the purpose, and these contracts expire 30.6.2019.

This procurement will therefore consist of up to 22 vehicles with a four year leasing contract and valid until 30.6.2023.
