"Supply of 45 outposts and 3 patrol cars for the needs of the Executive Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture" with 3 detached positions

The scope of the activity includes delivery of 45 vehicles with off road and 3 patrol cars for the needs of the Executive Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture with 3 detached positions:Item No 1 "Supply of 35 new unused off-road vehicles - pick-up type" Lot 2 "Supply of new unused off-road fast moving motor vehicles 10 (ten)" and lot 3 "Supply of 3 patrol car "according to the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the technical specification.

Main Site: Delivery will take place-in the building of the Executive Agency of Fisheries and Aquaculture at Bourgas, 1, Knyaz Alexander Battenberg Street.

Delivery of 35 new off-road vehicles - pick-up type according to the requirements of the client specified in the technical specification of the public procurement.

the procedure may be attended by any Bulgarian or foreign natural or legal person or their associations which meet the conditions of Art. 10, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPL) and the requirements of the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation a participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the conditions under Art. 107 of the PPA, as well as the circumstances of theArt. 3, para. 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act of the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners. Documents proving the lack of grounds for removal are specified in Art. 58 of the Public Procurement Act and shall be submitted by the tenderer selected as contractor prior to the conclusion of a public procurement contract. Documentproof of compliance with the selection criteria shall be submitted before the award of the public procurement contract, in accordance with Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act and are: - a list of deliveries completed in the last 3 years depending on the date when the participant is established or started its activity with the stated subject, the assignor (recipient), value, start and end date, quality, in(contractor, participant in an association, subcontractor) as well as evidence of completed deliveries, - a list of the available service bases on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, - a certified copy of a valid certificate for the implemented ISO quality management system 9001: 2008 / ISO 9001: 2015 or equivalent.

1 The guarantee for performance of the contract is submitted by the tenderer designated as the contractor at the signing of the contract at the rate of 3% (three percent) of its total value, exclusive of VAT.-release and retention of the performance guarantee are specified in the draft contract. The participant designated as contractor shall choose the form of the performance guarantee itself. The performance guarantee is presented in the form of a bank guarantee - in original, money amount (original payment order) or insurance (original of the policy), which ensures the performance by covering the liabilitythe artist's bargaining power.
