Economic operators, contract for the purpose of this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers held in their State of establishment or to satisfy any otherplay is defined in Appendix XI of Appendix A of Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or third countries not covered by the preceding indent but having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedurescontracts are required to be registered in corresponding professional or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.

In terms of economic and financial capacity, for the current procurement process, economic operators must have an average general circlefor the financial years 2014, 2015 and 2016, at least equal to 50% of the total estimated value of the contract or 50% of the group or groups for which they are bidding. In case the tenderer is active for less than 3 management years, then the average total turnover, for those managerial years, is active, it should be at least equal to 50% of the estimated value of the contract.
