Long-term lease of cars for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe "Porty Lotnicze" and Grupa Kapitłowa PPL

Reference Number: 166 / PN / ZP / TLLZP / 18 - The subject of the order is long-term lease of passenger cars and lorries up to 3, 5t for Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe "Porty Lotnicze" in the number of 87 items and for the following companies of the KapPPL: ACS 10 pcs, CAD 15 pcs, Welcome 66 pcs and MPL 14 pcs. Rent includes brand new cars not older than 6 months, class "B", "C", "D", "I", "KV "and" CV1 "and" CV2. "The Employer allows the possibility of renting additional vehicles in the amount of 62 units, including for: Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe" Porty Lotnicze "- 15 items, ACS - 9 items, CAD 15 items, Welcome - 10 items ., MPL 13 pcs. Sdetailed description of the subject of the order and the required set of technical parameters of the vehicles as well as the scope of maintenance services are included in the Specification of Essential Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

The subject of the order is long-term lease of passenger cars and lorries up to 3.5t for the State Enterprise87 airports and the following companies of the PPL Capital Group: ACS 10 items, CAD 15 items, Welcome 66 items and MPL 14 items. Rental includes factory-made cars not earlier than 6 months before the delivery date, class "B", "C", "D", "I", "KV" and "CV1" and "CV2". The Employer allows the possibility of renting additional vehicles in the amount of 62 pieces (optional), including for:of the state-owned enterprise "Airports" - 15 items, ACS - 9 items, CAD 15 items, Welcome - 10 items, MPL 13 items. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the required set of technical parameters of the vehicles as well as and the scope of service services is included in the Specification of Essential Terms of Order.

The Ordering Party may exercise the right of option for a period of 36 months from signing the contract. The price of the installmentthe lease will remain constant throughout the duration of the contract. If additional vehicles are rented, the price of the installment may increase in the second and third years of the contract. The Contractor in the "Offer" form will give the amount of the rental installment in the second and third years of the contract expressed as the percentage increase of the installment in force in the first year of the contract. * The offer and documents and statements may be submitted in the formor electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature via the Portal Portal SmartPzp. The choice of the form of the offer, declarations and documents depends on the Contractor.

2. The EAT form can be submitted only in electronic form signed with a qualified electronic signature through the Platform Portal SmartPzp.

3. In the case of a written form, the documents must be submitted inan enveloped envelope bearing the name and address of the Contractor and the following: Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe "Porty Lotnicze", KOR 49, 02-146 Warsaw, Public Procurement Team, room 828, POLAND "Offer in the proceedings regarding the order:" Long-term lease of cars for the purposes of Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe "Porty Lotnicze" and Grupa Kapitałowa PPL "ref. no. 166 / PN / ZP / TLLZP / 18. 4. The ordering party (pursuant to Article 26 paragraph 1 of the Act) will call the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated to submit the following documents within the prescribed period, confirming the lack of grounds for exclusion in the scope of art. 24 sec. 1 of the Act indicated in the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26.7.2016 in "on the types of documents (...)": - - par. 5 point 1) --in the scope of 24 sec. 1 item 13, 14, 21 of the Act,

- par. 5 point 4) - within the scope of art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 of the Act,

- par. 5 points 2), 3) and 9) - within the scope of art. 24 sec. 5 point 8 of the Act,

- par. 5 point 5) - within the scope of art. 24 sec. 1 point 15 of the Act,

- par. 5 point 6) - within the scope of art. 24 paragraph 1 point 22 of the Act

5. If the Contractor has his registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, as well as inWhen the person whose document relates is residing outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, the principles set out in par. 7 and 8 above Regulation.

6. Employer, in order to confirm the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings, acting on the basis of art. 1 of the Act will call the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated for submission within the prescribed period

List of deliveries made or performed with evidence confirming due performance, in accordance with the provisions of the ToR,

7. The Contractor applying for the award of this order must submit with the following documents: - - Form "Offer" - Price forms for individual entities (companies) - Commitment, where the Contractor relies on the capacities of other entitiesin accordance with the provisions of the SIWZ

- An electronically signed Single European Order Document (submitted only through the SmartPzp Platform). The method of completing the document has been posted on the above Platform)

- proof of payment of the bid bond,

- power of attorney, which results from the right to sign the offer (in accordance with the ToR),

- power of attorney to represent all Contractors (in accordance with the Terms of Reference)

8. agreementnot a joke. 24 sec. 11 of the Contractor's Act within 3 days from the date of publishing information on the website referred to in art. 86 par. 5 of the Act will provide the Employer with a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 23 of the Act. Along with the submission of the statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another Lecturerthe tenderer does not lead to distortion of competition in the procurement procedure.

9. The Contracting Authority informs that for a period of two months, referred to in Section IV point 2.6 of this announcement should be understood as the period of 60 days counted from the date of opening tenders.
