Leasing of new motor vehicles for the needs of Gabrovo municipality and the secondary budget spenders for it on 3 separate lots

The subject of the procedure concerns the delivery by lease of:

Main Site: Gr. Gabrovo.

The subject of the detached item concerns the delivery of 6 pieces. new cars for needsof the municipal administration, including: 3 pcs. cars, 1 pc. truck and 2 pcs. off-road vehicles. The scope of the activity is according to the technical specification, annex to the documentation for participation. A participant who has no right to participate in the public procurement of ax. Art. 3, item 8 in the order with art. 5, para. 1 (3) of the Insurance Act, unless there is nothe circumstances under Art. 4 of the law; A participant who, following a call from the contracting entity and within the period specified therein, does not extend the validity of its tender; A tenderer who has proposed a contract execution price higher than the estimated (maximum) value of the order specified by the contracting authority.

The contracting authority requires the designated contractor to provide:

a guaranteea, ensuring the execution of the contract for each lot, amounting to 5% of its value;

1. Inventory of the submitted documents (Template No 1) contained in the package, signed by the participant (in the original) or by an explicitly authorized representative. Application form:

2.1. Single European Procurement Document (EEDOP in * .d formatocx or eEEDOP - in espd-request.xml format) for participation in accordance with the requirements of the law and the conditions of the contracting authority and, where applicable, EEDOP for each of the participants in the grouping which is not a legal entity for each subcontractor and for any person whose resources will be involved in the execution of the contract (Template No 2) - Mandatory in electronic form
