Supply and installation of n. 7 (seven) passenger boarding bridges of Palermo Airport - Punta Raisi Cinisi

Decommissioning, demolition and landfilling Check of the adequacy of the existing plinths with respect to the new boarding bridges and any design and construction of new foundation worksione Verification of the state of the places and of the dimensions of the spaces also through possible survey of the areas intended for the installation and installation of the contracted works. Supply, installation in a workmanlike manner, testing, commissioning and commissioning according to the design requirements and the technical specification of the systems:

Main Site: Airport 90045 Punta Raisi 90045 Cinisi (PA).

LThe contract has as its object the following activities (art. 6.2 of the specifications):

Decommissioning, demolition and landfilling of the following materials:

- existing boarding bridges (207-209-210-211-212- 213-215),

- ducts serving the preconditioning system (hose reel, telescopic tube and relative connection to the PCA). The existing preconditioning unit does notwill be replaced,

- 400Hz cable and related dock suspension systems. The existing converter will not be replaced,

- drinking water pipe and relative connection system to the aircraft.

Verification of the adequacy of the existing plinths with respect to the new boarding bridges and possible

design and construction of new foundation works as indicated in

paragraph 6.2.1.of the specifications.

Verification of the state of the places and of the dimensions of the spaces also through possible survey of the areas intended for the installation and installation of the contracted works.

Supply, installation in a workmanlike manner, testing, commissioning and commissioning according to the prescriptions and the technical specification of the following systems:

- boarding bridges (207-209-210-211-212-213-215),

- ducts serving the preconditioning system (automatic hose reel, telescopic tube

and relative connection to the PCA),

- 400Hz cable and cable reel complete with cable and connector,

- drinking water hose and hose reel complete with cable and connector.

Re-protection and targeting of the existing VDGS system. Remaking of the apron signs as indicated on pArticle 6.2.2. of the specifications. Drafting of the maintenance plan of the boarding bridges in compliance with the relative guidelines of the executive project and its delivery to the Client at the same time as the supply of the systems. Drafting of an illustrative document relating to the spare parts of the piers as indicated in the guidelines of the maintenance plan. Maintenance activitiesexemption of boarding bridges for the first 24 months of their useful life according to the requirements of the maintenance plan guidelines.

Economic operators in possession of the general requirements pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/16 and as amended registered in the Register of Companies kept by the Chamber of Commerce for the exercise of the activity object of the contract.

You are allowed to participatepayment of the economic operators with the observance of the discipline referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/16.

Persons who do not meet the general requirements of art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/16; the contracting authority reserves the right to award even if there is only one offer; in accordance with the provisions of art. 110 Legislative Decree 50 /16 in the event of bankruptcy, compulsory liquidation and agreed settlement, or termination of the contract pursuant to article 108 or withdrawal from the contract pursuant to article 88, paragraph 4-ter, of Legislative Decree 6.9.2011, n. 159, or in the case of a judicial declaration of ineffectiveness of the contract, GES.A.P. progressively questions the subjects who participated in the originaltender procedure, resulting from the relative ranking, in order to enter into a new contract for the awarding of the execution or completion of the works, services or supplies. Paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 of art. 110 of Legislative Decree 50/16; the contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the faculty provided for in paragraph 8 of art. 133 of Legislative Decree 50/16; competitors are committed to observingvare the protocol of legality of the Prefecture of Palermo and the ethical pact to which the contracting entity has adhered, the texts of which are available on the website http://www.gesap.it/gesap/la-societa/societa-trasparente/, the non-acceptance and cause for exclusion from the tender, pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 17 of the l. 6.11.2012, n. 190; pursuant to art. 3 of the law 13.8.2010 n. 136 the adjauditor and obliged to assume the obligations of traceability of financial flows; pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 8 of the law 13.8.2010 n. 136 the contracting authority will insert into the contract a termination clause expressed in the event of violation of the obligation to execute transactions through the Banks or the Italian Post Office S.p.A .; the competitor must obligate himself, in the case of adjhearing, to observe the provision of art. 2, paragraph 1 of the L.R. 08/15; and that is to indicate a unique current account number on which the contracting authority will bring together all the sums relating to the contract;

GES.AP. has adopted the Company`s organizational, managerial and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231 / 01, made available on the Company`s website http: // gesap.it/gesap/la-societa/societa-trasparente/; GES.A.P. has adopted an environmental management system, certified according to UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015; therefore, the tenderer must undertake during the execution of the contract to comply with current environmental regulations, taking all possible precautions to avoid damage of any kind and, in any case, to contribute to the maintenanceof the aforementioned certification, also pursuant to the decree 24.12.2015 - G.U. n. 16 of 21.1.2016. To this end, the competitor examines and accepts the Environmental Policy document published on the website http://gesap.it/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/Politica-Ambientale -revisione-del-12-gennaio-2017; GES.A.P. pursuant to reg. (EU) no. 139/2014 - Palermo Airport Manual, has a piano of health surveillance that ensures the performance of checks to ascertain the absence of drug addiction, alcohol and psychotropic substances, against workers who carry out activities at risk, as required by Legislative Decree 81/2008, DPR 309/90, Unified State Regions Conference of 30.8.2007 and Unified State Regions Conference of 18.9.2008.

In case of assignment of activities and /or services to third parties, GES.A.P. requires the signing of a specific declaration of commitment.
