Evidence for the aptitude test 1.1

2 references of contracts successfully concluded in Switzerland and in the EU countrieswith a comparable complexity in terms of technology, time and schedule in public transport projects and in the railway industry, where SBB can check the performance of services and obtain information. Reference production must have been established in the last 5 years.

Proofs for the Qualification Criterion 1.2to follow, including calendar for the documentation and confirmation of the respect of the deadlines (respect of the production times, proof without company vacancy).

Cogeneral and contractual conditions: in accordance with Article 29 para. 3 SBB applies, in its acquisition plans, its own terms and conditions or those of the Swiss Confederation. The commercial, technical, legal and procedural reserves of the tenderer will be accepted provided that the SBB accepts them - quantified and added to the price offered for the purpose ofparange of offers.

Negotiations: are reserved, the language of negotiation is German.

Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to contractors who guarantee compliance with the provisions on protection of workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women.es indications: preimplication. SSC Swiss Shielding Corporation AG, located at 9403 Goldach, has developed the tables for the IC 2020 project and is currently supplying these facilities. The deadline for submission of a possible offer by the pre-qualified company and designated above expires on 3.5.2019 (16:00). For all other tenderers, the deadline forpot of an offer according to ch. 1.4 is extended to compensate for the competitive advantage. On the basis of this measure, SSC Swiss Shielding Corporation AG is admitted to participate in the procedure as a tenderer (Article 21a OMP)

Announcement of tenders

Bidders are requested to announce at the latest 2 weeks before the date mentioned in 1.4, an eventa quotation to the contact person quoted in section 1.1.

General reserves: are reserved the maturity of the project, the provision of the corresponding credit, the approval of the competent bodies of the SBB (Board of Directors) and the SBB award decisions enter into force.

Requests to amend the draft contract: SBB reserves the right to rejectamendments to the draft contract. In case of rejection, refer to the draft contract concerning these points, cf. Part 3 of the commercial tender documents for the tender.

Indication of the remedies: in accordance with Art. 30 LMP, this publication may be attacked, within 20 days of its notification, at the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box, 9023 St. Gallen. The appeal memorial, to be presented in 2 copies, will indicate the conclusions, reasons and means of proof and will bear the signature of the appellant party or his representative; a copy of this publication and the documents invoked as evidence will be attached, where available.

Closing time for submission of tenders / remarks: entry to CFF fordirect surrender against the granting of an acknowledgment of receipt. In other cases, the postal stamp or the receipt (barcode) of a Swiss post office is authentic, as well as for foreign tenderers, the acknowledgment of receipt of a Swiss diplomatic or consular representation.
