Open procedure eGPA 8081 fully managed with telematic systems for the outsourcing of cast iron soles for railway rolling stock in 2 lots.

Cast iron soles for the brakes of the rolling stockroads - with presentation of VIS certification or other certification body - CIG: 783898463C

The economic operator and any auxiliary company and any subcontractors must meet the general requirements set out in art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

Minimum levels of capacity required:

a) an average annual turnover achieved over the 2015-20 three-year period16-2017 at least equal to EUR 1 000 000.00 for lot 1 and to EUR 500 000.00 for lot 2;

A1) an average annual specific turnover achieved over the three-year period 2015-2016-2017 for the supply of cast-iron soles for rolling stock at least EUR 500 000, 00 for lot 1 and at least EUR 200 000 for lot 2.

b) reaching the minimum reference threshold (value 18) previewed in paragraph 6 of the available on the website www.acquistionline.trenitalia.it for the latest approved financial statements.

To this end, it is specified that the average sector indexes with aggregate identification code 7225, to which the procedure refers for the purposes of evaluation required are exclusively those indicated below:

- Roa (4.49%),

- total activity rotation (94.50%),

- cashcurrent (101.63%),

- hedging of fixed assets (54.00%),

- financial autonomy (25.86%),

- liability liability (51.16%),

- bank debt (24, 55%),

- elasticity of costs (19.69%).

With reference to the provisions of art. 83, paragraph 5, second sentence of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the possession of an annual average and specific average annual turnover, are considered parametersdiabili and necessary for the selection of economic operators reliable economically, in consideration of the peculiarity of the supply, in order to guarantee the continuity and efficiency of the railway operation. of art. 45, paragraph 2, letters d), e), f) and g) of Legislative Decree 50/2016:

—— the requirement referred to inthe preceding letters a) and a1) b) must be owned by all members of said economic operators to the extent indicated in paragraph III.1.8) of this call for tenders,

- in the event of participation in the tender by consortia of which to the aforementioned art. 45, paragraph 2, letters b) and c):

—— the requirement referred to in letters a) and a1) b) above must be possessed according to the methods indicatedto article 47 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.
