The subject of the public procurement includes:

Main Site: ППП София - ВД "Надежда", Sofia, 5 Stefanson Blvd.

The subject of the public procurement is the supply of cast iron blocks for rolling stock (RU) to BDZ - Travelerski transport "EOOD for a period of 3 years and includes delivery of new cast iron blocks type P10 (cast iron blocks P10-250 - 1 770 tons; cast iron blocks P10-320 - 21 tons; cast iron blocks P10-250T - 45 tons) for a period of 3 years The estimated quantity of blocks of the subject of the public procurement necessary for ensuring the operational activity of BDZ - Passenger Transport EOOD for threeannual period by years is as follows:

I one-year period of validity of the contract:

- cast iron blocks P10-250 - 590 tons,

- cast iron blocks P10-320 - 7 tons,

- cast iron blocks P10-250T - 15 tons

II one-year period of the contract:

- cast iron blocks P10-250 - 590 tons,

- cast iron blocks P10-320 - 7 tons,

- cast iron blocks P10-250T - 15 tons

IIIone-year period of validity of the contract:

- cast iron blocks P10-250 - 590 tons,

- cast iron blocks P10-320 - 7 tons,

- cast iron blocks P10-250T - 15 tons.

Technical requirements of the contracting authority regarding the supplied pads form Annex I to this documentation.

The supply of the pads is made by the contractor within the time limit according to the technical specification.the contractor`s performance (not exceeding 20 (twenty) calendar days) from receipt of a written request by the contracting authority, with specified quantities in it and allocated to the delivery points of the contracting authority, with the delivery deadline starting from the day following receiving the written request from the contracting authority.

The transportation of the blocks requested by the contracting authority should be carried out by an organizer.transport from the contractor for his own account to the following points of the contracting authority:

- PPP Sofia - VD "Nadezhda", Sofia, 5 Stefansson Blvd.,

- PPP Gorna Oryahovitsa - VRC - Gorna Oryahovitsa, Gorna Oryahovitsa, 112A Tsar Osvoboditel Str.,

- Plovdiv - WPC - Plovdiv, Plovdiv - southern industrial zone.

2.blocks for the three-year period of validity of the contract at a price formed according to its price offer. The purchase must be carried out under the following conditions:

A. Quantities of scrap dropped from used newly produced pads



The dropped part of the pads is about 20% of the mass of a new pads. For an annual quantity of 612 tons of used pads the scrap scrap is about 120 tons.

B. Transportationthe waste scrap shall be at the expense of the contractor from sites coinciding with the delivery points of the new pads and at the request of the contracting authority. The purchase price of scrap is determined by the price in BGN per tonne, which should be not lower than the maximum purchase price of cast iron of Stomana Industry AD for 3 months ago, as of the date of the request for scrap transfer from the contracting authoritythe insider should have a valid permit for the use of the blocks offered by him in the Railway Company, owned by BDZ - PP EOOD, issued under an approved procedure (http://holding.bdz.bg/en/proceduri/procedura-za-izdavane-na- allowance-to-allow-for-use-in-pjps-property-on.html), or equivalent. The means of demonstrating conformity is set out in the documentation forThe contracting authority does not place requirements on the economic and financial situation of the participants
