According to the specifications of the specifications. Furnispare parts and services for repairs and maintenance of dumpers, agricultural and forestry machinery = 467 426, 20 RON, without VAT, of which 419 426, 20 RON for delivery of parts and 48 000 RON, without VAT for repair services. 1: • The bidder, the associated bidder, the subcontractor, the third party and the members of the management / management / supervisory body with power of representation, -decision or control within the bidder / associated bidder / subcontractor / third party / subcontractor should not be in the situations provided by art. 164, 165, 167 of Law 98 / 2016.

Initially the economic operators will complete the DUAE (according to article 193 paragraph (1) of the Law 98/2016)

Requirement no. 2:

The bidder, associated bidder, subcontractor, third partyshall submit a declaration for non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60 of Law 98/2016. Initially, economic operators will complete the DUAE (pursuant to Article 193 (1) of Law 98/2016). Only at the request of the contracting authority will the bidder be ranked first.

Note: If the country of origin or the country in which the economic operator is established does not-documents such as those referred to above are issued or the documents do not cover all the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 166 shall be accepted any other legal documents or, if in the respective country there are no legal provisions regarding the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 166, any authentic documents given to a notary or an administrative or judicial authorityhave a professional association with competence in this respect. Requirement no. 1:

Economic operators must be legally registered and entitled to run the contract. The requirement must be fulfilled-by all the participants in the procedure (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) for the part (s) they will actually fulfill.

The data provided in the certificate must be actual / current when the ONRC certificate is presented. The object of the contract must be a correspondent in the CAEN code of the certificate of certification issued by ORC. Initially oeconomic operators will complete the DUAE (according to Article 193 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016). Only at the request of the contracting authority will the certificate issued by the Trade Register Office be submitted only by the tenderer ranked on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. Note: In the absence of registration at ORC (Romanian individuals, say / foreign legal), equivalent documents are admitted to prove a proper registration / attestation / professional membership in relation to the subject matter of the contract. 2:

Tenderers must have RAR authorization within their validity period. For the bidder to be considered admitted, from the authorization of R.A.R. it must be concluded that the tenderer is qualified for Class Iand second authorization.
