Delivery of riflescopes for the G3 as well as block assemblies and Picatinny rails

The contracting authority assigns an order to supply the Bavarian police with 184 riflescopes for the G3 and 184 block assembly and 184 Picatinny rail. The contract will be awarded to the competent and efficient provider with whom wemost tendered offer satisfying all the exclusion criteria. The most economical offer is based on the best price-performance ratio. In addition to the price or the costs, qualitative, environmental or social aspects can be taken into account.

The client assigns an order for deliveryng the Bavarian police with 184 riflescopes for the G3 and 184 block assembly and 184 Picatinny rail. The contract will be awarded to the most knowledgeable and efficient tenderer with the most economical tender that meets all the exclusion criteria. The most economical offer is based on the best price-performance ratio. To determine this, in addition to the price odethe costs are also taken into account in qualitative, environmental or social terms.

1) Proof of entry in the professional or commercial register in accordance with the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established. 2 (1) GWB in conjunction with - 44 (1) VgV);
