Delivery of spare parts for official vehicles for the needs of the Voivodship Police Headquarters in Lublin and subordinate units

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new spare parts for company vehicles, in accordance with all applicable safety standards, dobrej (guaranteed) quality, for the needs of the Voivodship Police Headquarters in Lublin and subordinate units.

The subject matter of the order is the delivery of spare parts for Opel company cars in accordance with Annex No. 1.1 to the ToR.

The ordering party does not specify the exact requirementz oo, the Ordering Party does not specify a specific requirement regarding the above condition.

According to the provisions of Article 41 of the Public Procurement Law, we inform:

1. The offer should be secured with a deposit in the amount (depending on the selected package / s):

Package No. 1 4 600.00 (four thousand six hundred zlotys)

Package No. 2 660.00 (six hundred sixty zlotys)

Package No. 3, 450.00 (four hundred and eighty złotych)

2. The contractor is excluded from the contractor in respect of which any of the circumstances referred to in Article 24 paragraph 1 items 12-23 of the Public Procurement Law and paragraph 5 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The exclusion of contractors takes place in accordance with the cases referred to in Article 24 (7). The detailed regulations concerning the exclusion of contractors can be found in chapters IV and V of the SETC - 3. In order to initial pconfirmation that the contractor is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure must be submitted the Single European Order Document (hereinafter referred to as JEDZ) enclosure 2 to the ToR, the document must be submitted with the original offer: - contractor who refers to the resources of other entities, in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with them, to the extent inwho refers to their resources, the conditions for participation in the proceedings submit uniform documents (EAT) regarding these entities, - the contractor who intends to entrust the execution of a part of the contract to subcontractors, in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion from participation in the procedure submits uniform documents ( EAT) regarding subcontractors.

4. List of statements or documents they have dto warrant the contractor to assess the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings and to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and other required documents necessary for the proceedings in question, see Chapter V of the ToR.

5. A list of statements or documents to be provided by the contractor in the event of a joint application for a contract is indicated in Chapters IV and V of the ToR.

6.The list of documents that must be submitted by contractors having their registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland is indicated in chapter V of the SIWZ.

7. The contracting authority does not provide for the provision of contracts referred to in Article 67 sec. 1 point 6 and 7 or art. 134 sec. 6 point 3 of the Public Procurement Law - 8. The ordering party will choose the most advantageous offer using the "reversed procedure" (according to-from art. 24 aa of the Act). First of all, the offers will be evaluated in terms of the conditions for rejecting the offer (Article 89 paragraph 1 of the Act) and the criteria for evaluating the offers described in the ToR, only then for the contractor whose offer was rated as the most advantageous (placed in the highest position ranking), subjective assessment of the contractor, i.e. examine the statementreintroduction EAT, and then requests submission of documents in the mode of art. 26 par. 1 of the Act - 9.
