Construction and related accessories for commercial vehicles owned by the contracting entity operated pursuant to Act No. 56/2001 Coll., On the conditions for the operation of vehicles on land roads and amending Act no. 168/1999 Coll., On insurance against liability for damage caused by the operation of a vehicle and the modification of someof the related laws (Act on Insuring Vehicle Liability), in the wording of Act No. 307/1999 Coll. The installation will be taken to ensure the smooth and trouble-free operation of the distribution system according to the relevant legal regulations.

In the case of this public procurement, one of the proceedings is published with the publication pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On the award of public contracts, in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "ZZVZ"). First, the supplier submits a request for participation in the assignment lineprovided by the contracting entity within the time limit specified in point IV.2.2. of this notice together with the documents proving the fulfillment of the qualification. Subsequently, suppliers who meet the qualification will be invited to submit preliminary offers processed according to the contracting documentation of the contracting authority. The time limit for the submission of preliminary offers will be set in the invitation to submit preliminary offers to the relevant suppliers. Advertiser inin accordance with Section 61 (8) of the APIA, that the preliminary tenders may not be negotiated and that a public contract may be awarded on the basis of a preliminary offer. The termination and opening of the envelopes with preliminary quotes will be announced in the preliminary offer. Up to 2 representative vendors who have submitted a pre-bid to the end of the deadline may bid for bidding with pre-bidding-for submitting preliminary offers.

In accordance with - 170 of the APIA, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the proceedings.
