For repair and maintenance of vehicles and related equipment. each lot will end up with a framework agreement with an economic operator for a period of 24 months of fuspare parts and accessories accessories, parts assembling services and technical inspection for agricultural machinery, forestry (tractors and trailers) and a framework agreement for the supply of spare parts for related equipments, equipped with forestry facilities within the Forestry Department of the. Site: Forest trees - According to the specification - The value of the largest subsequent contract is 16-503 RON.

The economic operators (including the associate / third party / subcontractor) must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 59 60, 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016

The manner of fulfilling the requirement: "Completion of the DUAE" and statement regarding the failure to comply with the situations stipulated in Article 59 60 by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with information(a) Fiscal certificate issued by ANAF attesting to the lack of overdue debts at the time of filing, (b) Fee certificate and the following documents: local taxes attesting the absence of overdue debts at the time of filing,

Note:

In the(c) where applicable, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations (if any) provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement, (d)The criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator, or those having the power of representation, decision or control within the latter, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive document, (e) other editing documents, as the case may be.

Failure to prove the provision of the guarantee together with the offer may lead to the rejection of the offer or the request for clarification depending on the concrete situation established on the first working day by evaluation committee:

- rejection of the offer as unacceptable (dacnote that the copy of the guarantee instrument is not found among the documents and there is no proof of depositing the sum (s) in its account or at the cash desk of the contracting authority), - the request for clarification in the sense provided in art. 132 par. (3) of GD 395/2016, if the evaluation committee has indications on the establishment of the guarantee the proof of the guarantee is submitted (it is considered as proof of gincluding the existence of the money in the account mentioned in the data sheet on the first working day after the day of the submission of the bids or the existence of a receipt representing the value of the participation guarantee issued until the deadline and the deadline for the submission of bids. as current documents submitted as follows:
