For repair and maintenance of vehicles and related equipment. each lot will end up with a framework agreement with an economic operator for a period of 24 months of fuspare parts and accessories accessories, parts assembling services and technical inspection for agricultural machinery, forestry (tractors and trailers) and a framework agreement for the supply of spare parts for related equipments, equipped with forestry facilities within the Forestry Department of the. Site: Forest trees - According to the specification - The value of the largest subsequent contract is 16-503 RON.

The economic operators (including the associate / third party / subcontractor) must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 59 60, 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016

The manner of fulfilling the requirement: "Completion of the DUAE" and statement regarding the failure to comply with the situations stipulated in Article 59 60 by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with information(a) Fiscal certificate issued by ANAF attesting to the lack of overdue debts at the time of filing, (b) Fee certificate and the following documents: local taxes attesting the absence of overdue debts at the time of filing,

In the(c) where applicable, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations (if any) provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par.
