Framework agreement for the supply of painting materials

The UEA, with which the entrepreneur declares that he is not in one of the exclusion sitesuations as referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016

The UEA, whereby the entrepreneur declares that he meets the following selection criteria:

1) An appropriate bank statement prepared in accordance with the model contained in annex 11 of the Royal Decree of 18.4.2017;

2) A statement concerning the total turnover and the turnover of the business activity that is the subject of the contract, for the last 3 available financial years, depending on the start date or the date on which the entrepreneur started his business, insofar as the relevant turnover figures are available;

3) The following documents are available electronically and the contracting authority requests this information itself :

- the declaration of declaration and payment of social security contributions fromthe NSSO,

- the certificate of VAT liability (FPS Finance),

- the legal situation (non-bankruptcy or similar situation) at the CBE,

- the tax debts certificate (FPS Finance),

- the recognition of contractors of works (FPS Economy) (if applicable). The other documents will be requested from the suspected contractor.

4) In application of the Royal Decree of 18.4, 2017, the Belgian tenderer must not include his annual statement with his tender. The contracting authority will request this information itself.
