Professional competence

1. The Contractor proves that he or she has fulfilled its professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Law in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting a commercial listing or other similarly a record, if another law requires it to be entered in such records. Documents proving professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Act must prove the fulfillment of this criterionnot later than 3 months prior to the commencement of the investiture. The supplier is further obliged under Section 77 (2) (a) The law provides proof that it is entitled to engage in the scope of the subject matter of a public offer, ie that it has the appropriate powers to carry out the following activities: a) Design activities in the construction b) Installation, repair, inspection and testing of electrical equipmentc) Construction, alteration and removal of the constructions

3.The supplier is entitled to replace the documents proving the professional competence according to points 1 and 2 in the application for honorary affirmation

4.Approval of professional qualification (qualification):

a) The Contracting Authority requests to submit a valid Certificate of Authorization for the person who secures the professional competence of the supplier in the field of Technological Equipmentas well as constructions issued by the Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians in accordance with Act No. 360/1992 Coll., on the performance of the profession of authorized architects and on the performance of authorized engineers and engineers in construction, in the wording of later regulations ("Authorization Act"). that the supplier will demonstrate the fulfillment of this qualification condition by means of foreign persons (engineer / tefrom the Member State of the EU or other state within the meaning of Act No. 18/2004 Coll. on the recognition of professional qualifications, as amended), the Contracting Authority shall accept proof of qualification according to point 4 a) and also submit a complete application for registration of the person through whom the supplier professional competence ensures, as the persons established or notified of the performance, the selected activity as host. You can see, for example, If: - the offer of a foreign supplier conforming to the previous paragraph is chosen as the most appropriate, he / she must present valid certificates for the registration of the person who hosts or persons established prior to the conclusion of the Dilution Contract. b) The Contracting Authority shall require the submission of a proof of the electrotechnical qualification of the person whom the supplier has assumed to use for safeaccording to promulgation no. 50/1978 Coll., on professional competence in electrotechnics, in the wording of later regulations, it must be proven that such a person possesses the minimum qualification according to - 7 of Decree No. 50/1978 Coll., namely without a limitation of the voltage.

Foreign persons will be required to submit a proof of electrotechnical qualification issued in the country where these persons have a qualified activitykonavaji. If no evidence of electrotechnical qualifications is issued in that country, foreign persons shall endeavor to make this declaration of honor, the present being also declared to be in accordance with the lawfulness of the country in question in the supporting documentation required for qualified activity. A valid proof of electrotechnical qualification to the extent described above must be provided by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority asa prerequisite for the conclusion of the Contract on Works.

Documents certifying professional competence can be documented by individual persons representing the key position according to clause 4.2 of the qualification dossier, which ensures the professional competence through the supplier. The foreign contractor proves that the required professional qualification has been fulfilled in accordance with - 77 (3) and - 81 of the Act.

The evaluation of the offer will be carried out in the sense of - 114 and 115 of the Act. Offers will be ranked according to their economic performance. The economic performance of the offer will be evaluated according to the lowest bid price. Within the meaning of Section 170, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the investiture.
