The client must exclude a bidder from participating in the tendering procedure if the bidder is includedone of the compulsory grounds for exclusion mentioned in sections 135 and 136 of the Tendering Act. Particular attention is drawn to the fact that certain of these voluntary grounds for exclusion in the procurement directive have been made compulsory by section 136 of the Procurement Act.In addition, tenderers will exclude bidders from participation in the tendering procedure in the following circumstances (voluntary grounds for exclusion).
