Municipality of Coevorden and borough of Borger-Odoorn - Selection procedure Basic provision of cleaning support and tailor-made services for (unsettled) household
The municipality of Coevorden and Borger- Odoorn jointly wants a framework agreement for the benefit of a general provision scare-making support and a tailor-made service help with (disorganized) household (HH2) for Wmo clients.

This procedure concerns both the contracting of a general provision for cleaning support and a tailor-made provision for assistance with (deregulated) household (HH2) for residents who live in the municipality of Borger-Odoorn and Coevorden. Atthe tailor-made provision concerns residents who are unable to maintain a structured household as a result of limitations they experience in self-reliance. The Client is responsible for the indication statement; the nature and scope of the domestic help to be used at a resident level. The cleaning support should not only be available to residents whofrom the WMO 2015, but for each inhabitant in the municipality of Coevorden

- Your statement is divided into hours for Cleaning support and Help with (disrupted) household,
- Every contractor must offer the resident the possibility to directly contact the provider extra hours to purchase (see PoR), or to buy all hours yourself, if the residentn the light access key is not eligible for the provision. The tenderer must declare at the time of enrollment this possibility for residents and indicate which hourly rate is used for these services.
Company liability insurance.
The tenderer must be adequately insured for liability by means of a company liability insurance policy.fuse. This insurance must cover at least EUR 500 000 per event and at least two events / benefits per year.
