Notice for the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions with an economic operator for each single lot, for ordinary maintenance of electrical systems, intercom systems and TV systems, service available outside normal hours of work and ready inte€ 998 581.40, of which € 988 881.00 based on auction for works and € 9 700.40 for security charges (not subject to discount). ) legal form among those pursuant to art. 45, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions;

b) professional qualification requirements pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 1, letter a), and paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 e-subsequent amendments and additions;

c) general requirements and absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80, paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 5 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions.

With reference to each lot, the economic operators must be in possession of SOA Certification, as specified below:

- the SIOS OS30 processing category class III,

- the certificationcertification of the company quality system in compliance with the European standards of the UNI EN ISO 9000 series, pursuant to art. 63 of the D.P.R. 207/2010 and subsequent amendments and additions.

A) with reference to each lot, the award will also be made in the presence of only one valid offer; the contracting authority has the faculty not to proceed with the awarding if no offer is found to be validiente or suitable in relation to the object of the framework contract;

b) any information, specification, mode of presentation of the documentation for the admission and the offer, modality of adjudication, are indicated in the specifications of the tender, an integral and substantial part of the this notice, available, together with the templates for declarations, with free access to the Internet address dreferred to in point I.3), together with the documentation based on the tender;

c) in case of discrepancy between the requirements contained in the documents of the file of each lot and those contained in the Disciplinary of tender and in this notice, these will prevail last; d) the contracting authority expressly reserves the right to revoke / cancel the procedure or change the terms in anyat the moment, without this implying the possibility of any claim, claim, expectation, compensation, indemnity or request of any sort; e) no visit to the places is envisaged; (f) sole Responsible of the Proceedings (RUP) of the contracting authority: ing.
