Maintenance of green areas near landscaping, shrubbery, mowing of lawns, brushing and pruning and felling of trees on the whole ofheritage of Oise Habitat (2019 - 2020 - 2021).

Maintenance of green areas near landscaping, shrubbery, mowing of lawns, brushing - communes of Creil and Verneuil-en-Halatte, Saint-Maximin, Nogent-sur-Oise. Single undertaking or grouping: no form of grouping is imposed by the contracting authority. The contracting authority forbids candidates to submitby acting both: (1) as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings; (2) as members of several groupings in the event of the award of the contract to a joint consortium, the representative the grouping shall be bound, for the performance of the contract, by each member of the group for its contractual obligations, in accordance with Article 45 of thedecret.

Lots 1 and 2 relating to the maintenance of green areas near landscaping, shrubbery, lawns and bushes include annual services (on global price and lump sum) and works of green spaces (planting hedges, creation of massive, recovery of borders, laying of fences .....) on order forms, as and when needs, in application of the border of unit prices. The lumpage services of lot 3 are executed on purchase orders, without minimum or maximum, as and when required, by application of the price schedule unit.
