The purpose of this contract is to supply consumables for various ophthalmic surgery procedures (ca.taract and vitrectomy) and also deals with the provision of related medical devices.

These products will be ordered for the ISPPC SCRL - CHU Charleroi, and the contract concluded for a period of 60 months.

The tenderer will provide, in addition, a declaration of honor certifying that he (or in the case of a legal entity, that one of the members of his company) is not concerned byr cases of incompatibility and conflicts of interest provided for by the Public Procurement Act as well as by the relevant inter-municipal legislation.

DUME, whereby the tenderer declares that he satisfies the criteria for selection (1) a statement concerning the overall turnover of the undertaking and the turnover of the area of activitymarketed products (consumables and medical devices for vitrectomy and cataract), covering the last 3 years available.
