The subject matter of the contract is, in order to be taxed. Solid Hellas SA (organization) to nominate a contractor for the provision of support services for the proper functioning of:

The subject of the contract is, in order to be taxed. Solid Hellas SA (entity) to nominate a contractor for the provision of a support service for the proper functioning of:

a) the Management Division;Municipal Solid Waste Management and more specifically:

- Support Office of the Municipal Solid Waste Management Directorate,

- Support Office,

- Boeotia and Lokras Subdivision, and in particular its Support Office, section MI Thebes, of the Landfill Office Thebes, of the Landfill Office Livadia, of the Bureau of Mechanical Screening, of the Office of Assocof the Warehouse Office,

- of the Fokida Subdivision and in particular of the Landfill Office. Amphitheater of the Department of Landfill and SMA Fokida,

- of the Euboea Subdivision and in particular the Landfill Office. Chalkida, of the SMA Office and SMAY, of the Landfill Office. Istiea,

- of Fthiotida and Evritania Subdivision, and in particular of the OfficeLandfill

B) of the Directorate of Planning, Studies, Projects, Quality, Energy and Environment, and more specifically:

- the Department of Studies, the Design Bureau, the Business Planning Bureau, the Works Department, the Design Planning Bureau. ) of the Directorate for the Management of Other Solid Waste, and more specifically:(d) the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Services, and more specifically:

- the Administrative Department,

Bids are submitted for all required service as described in detail in the study by the Financial Services Authority dated 23.12.2019.

The estimated value of the contract is fourteen million fifteen thousand euros and seventy-two cents (14 015 010.72 EUR) including 24% VAT (budget excl.VAT: EUR 11 302 428.00, VAT: EUR 2 712 582.72), with option up to 60% of the estimated contract value, worth EUR 8 409 006.43 including VAT (option value: 6 781 456.80 EUR excluding VAT, optional VAT: EUR 1 627 549.63 EUR) and extension right for an additional two (2) years, amounting to fourteen million fifteen thousand ten euros and seventy-two cents (14 015 010.72 EUR) including VAT 24% (budget excluding VAT: EUR 11 302 428.00 EUR, VAT: EUR 2 712 582.72)

Total estimated value of the contract, including options and extensions, amounts to thirty-six million four hundred thirty-nine thousand twenty-seven euros and eighty-seven cents (36 439 027.87 EUR) including 24% VAT (total estimated value of goods)excluding VAT: 29 386 312.80 EUR, VAT: 7 052 715.07 EUR)

Duration of contract is two (2) years, with partial commencement and common termination of service for all staff, with the expiry of the two-year contract. There is a clear revision clause on the extension of the contract, which will result for an additional two (2) years, keeping exactly the same conditions as the original contract, in accordance withas detailed in the Financial Service study dated 23.12.2019.

Detailed description of the physical and financial scope of the contract, as well as the partial start dates and common termination of service provided, is given in the financial service study dated 23.12.2019. (Annex I) to this Declaration.

The contract will be awarded on the basis ofThe most economically advantageous tender, on the basis of price only.
