Marketing, operation, network supervision and maintenance services for Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructures (IRVE) - lots 2 and 3

The subject of this consultation relates only to:

Main Site: Departement du Morbihan.

These are supervision services for the wholenetwork and maintenance of normal AC terminals only. Lot 2 will take the form of a framework agreement with no minimum or maximum, with a single operator. The framework agreement may give rise to the issuance of purchase orders and / or subsequent contracts.

- list and brief description of the conditions: forms DC1 (letter of application) and DC2 (declaration of the candidate) or DocumeSingle European Market (DUME). The candidate produces in support of his application: information on compliance with the employment obligation mentioned in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the French labor code,

- declaration on honor to justify that the candidate does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition to tender,

- copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in recovery

In application of article R. 2113-1 of the public procurement code, candidates for lot n 1 (marketing and operating services for the IRVE network) will not be able to submit an offer or for the lot n 2, nor for lot n 3. The application can be presented either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (available free of charge on the website www.economie.gouv.fr), or sous in the form of a Single European Market Document (ESPD). The contracting authority imposes the transmission of folds by electronic means. Therefore, paper transmission is not allowed. The transmission of documents electronically is carried out on the buyer's profile. The modalities of transmission of folds by electronic way are defined in the regulation of the cCONSULTATION.
