Subject order is the purchase of goods medical devices with accessories forming a complex integrated neuronavigation system, consisting of 12 items

Main Site: The place of performance of the subject of the contract is the workplace of the University Hospital L. Pasteur Košice: of 12 items including technical and softwaresolution of their mutual interconnection and their delivery to the place of fulfillment

6. Surgical microscope for neurosurgical procedures - 1 piece including accessories

7. Surgical microscope for spinal procedures - 1 piece including accessories

8. Neuroendoscopic device for spinal surgery with accessories - 1 piece including accessories

The contracting authority requests the provision of a 2-year warranty service for the entire subject matter of the contract. meet the conditions for participation in personal statusand referred to in -32 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The applicant proves the fulfillment of the conditions of participation according to -32 par. 1 documents and documents referred to in -32 par. 2, respectively. according to - 32 par.

4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Act

The public procurement in question is not: green procurement, procurement of innovationnor the procurement of social aspects. The contracting authority hereby informs that all mandatory documents, including tender documents and explanations, shall be published in accordance with Section 64 par. 4 of the Public Procurement Act in the Eranet system at the URL address: https://unlp.eranet.sk/tenders within the detail display of the public procurement in question.

4. The contracting authority requires security inup to EUR 75 000 (in words: seventy-five thousand EUR). The conditions for the lodging of the security shall be as set out in point 17 of Part A. Instructions for tenderers in the tender documents.
