1. The ordering party specifies for individual partsof the order, the following amounts of bid bond:

2. The bid bond can be contributed in the following forms:

• money

• bank guarantees or socially-funded savings and loan sureties, except that handrailsno cash register is always a financial surety • insurance guarantees • bank guarantees

• sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b par. 5 point 2 of the Act of 9.11.2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1804 and 2015, item 978 and 1240).

3. The bid bond in cash should be paid to the bank account of the ordering party:

4.With the content of the guarantee (surety) must clearly determine what is the way the representation of the guarantor. The guarantee must be pwritten by the authorized (authorized) representative of the guarantor. Please attach a document from which the authorization to sign the contents of the guarantee by certain persons results. The signature should be made in a way that allows its identification. The content of the guarantee should be unconditional, for every written request made by the ordering party within the binding period of the offer, an obligation-the guarantor to pay the ordering party the full amount of the bid bond in the circumstances specified in art. 46 ust. 5 of the Public Procurement Law.

5. The bid bond must be submitted before the deadline for submitting bids.

6. The payment of a deposit in cash will be effective, if it is found on the bank account of the ordering party within the given period, proof of payment of the bid security, regardless of the form of payment, should be attached to the offertender tender
