Tertiary services market on site for the Cattenom NPP

The services consist in providing assistance to services on tertiary activities : Documentation, secretary, vaguemestre, assistant AT and TEM, purchase.

The services consist of providing assistance to services on tertiary activities (Documentation, secretariat, vaguemestre, TA assistant, TEM assistant and purchase) on the Cattenom NPP site:

Part of the activities are carried out manually and a great deal rigor is requested to the speakers. A good organization is imperative to trap all the differences. Ofmaterial will be made available to carry out activities (computer, photocopier, ...). The activities will have to be done in the premises of the Cattenom NPP, every working day.

Activity vaguemestre consists:

- to recover the mail to the post,

- sorting the mail,

- dispatching the mail on the whole of the CNPE (7 buildings),

- diffusion of the mail electronically,

- put in envelope or insee in electronic form,

- postage deposit at the post office,

- sorting mail.

Tertiary assistant activity AT trade (stop slice) and TEM (slice in progress) consists of:

- updating data via applications specific to EDF (EAM, AIC and GPS),

- constitution of the intervention files for the stops of tranche.

Activite Secretariat consists of:

- creation or modificationdocument or schema or plans, - note taking at different meetings and realization of the associated reports,

- management (Creation or modification) of the funds of the funds page. (word or PDF).

Activite documentation consists of:

- seizure in an electronic management of documents and diffusion and setting up of documents,

- reproduction and distribution of documents,

- search for documents for themiers,

- realization of a physical reception for the documentary activities and secretariats in 5 buildings of the Cattenom NPP,

- archiving of documents (entry of a GED and scanning of the documents).

- the candidate must provide a declaration on honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter into any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a consortium and, where applicable, by the subcontractors present,

- the candidate must submit an extract from the relevant register, less than 3 months old, such as a K-bis extract, or, failing that, an equivalent document issued by the judcompetent local or administrative authority of the country of origin or establishment of the candidate. This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a grouping candidate,

- if the candidate is in receivership, it must produce the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced to justify that it is entitled to pursue its activities during the period of execution of the contract.-This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by the members concerned of a candidate group, - the candidate must provide the certificates issued by the administrations and competent bodies proving that he has satisfied his fiscal and social obligations. These certificates are to be provided by the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.idat must provide the financial statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last 3 years available attesting to its financial sustainability.

If, given the date of creation of his company, the candidate does not have all the information, to provide equivalent proofs.
