Acquisition of office supplies and school supplies

This framework agreement concluded for a group of orders whose coordinator is the public institution Heart of Essonne Agglomeration, concerns the acquisition of all small administrative office and school supplies.

This framework agreement concluded forn group of orders for which the coordinator is the public institution Cœur d 'Essonne Agglomeration, concerns the acquisition of all the small administrative office and school supplies.

The present consultation constitutes a relaunch of lot 1 of framework agreement 2018-ao-adm-027, which was declared unsuccessful on the grounds that all tenders were considered irregular. The

-The services are divided into purchase orders within the meaning of Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets.

The minimum and maximum order amounts for the initial term of the framework agreement are defined as follows:

- minimum amount: EUR 168, 000.00, excluding tax per year,

- maximum amount: EUR 457, 500.00 excl. an.

- declaration of intention tomissionner (DC1 - prints last version),

- copy of judgment (s) pronounced if it is in receivership

Turnover concerning the supplies, object of the present consultation, carried out during the last 3 years available
