Open procedure for the assignment of the biennial cleaning service for the structures managed by Ipark S.r.l. in compliance with what is defined in the minimum environmental criteria CIG: 8172839818

The contract has as its object the cleaning servicedaily cleaning and disinfection, supplemented by periodic thorough cleaning for the following Ipark structures, all located in the Municipality of Vicenza:

1) Parco Citta residence, via Carlo Mollino 87;

2) San Camillo residence, via Tommaso Formento 14 ;

3) daytime center Trento, contra San Pietro 70;

4) daytime center Bachelet, via Bachelet 265;

5) daytime center Villa Rota Barbieri, via Biron di Sopra 86.

The person in charge of the procedure pursuant to art. 31 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, and dr. Giulio Bertinato of Ipark S.r.l. The person in charge of the tender procedure is Massimiliano Berto.

The contract referred to in this specification has been launched with determination to contract no. 1 in data 15.1.2020 of the director of Ipark S.r.l.

Pursuant to the combined provisions of articles 60, paragraph 1, 2 bis, 71, 79 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, as well as art. 4, paragraph 1 of the ministerial decree of infrastructure and transport 2.12.2016 published in the Official Gazette no. 20 of 25.1.2017, it is specified that the deadlines for submitting the offer were calculated taking into account that:

- the call forthe tender was sent to the Office for Official Publications of the European Union for publication on 17.1.2020,

- the tender specification is published on the profile of the client, the contracting authority and on the MITT (Ministry of Infrastructure) website and transport) and on the ANAC platform from 17.1.2020,

- on the profile of the contracting authority / telematic platform: https: //fcc.tuttogare.it, in addition to the tender specifications, models for participation in the tender are available, as well as a copy of the special tender specifications,

- competitors have immediate and constant access to a complete copy of the as in the previous point.
