This tender, the Federal Office of Construction and Logistics ( OFCL) wishes to acquire a high quality folder for tourist and hiking cards. The mandate includes delivery, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, maintenance and repairs. The maintenance must be carried out for a period of 15 years.

The tenderer proves that he respects the timeof reaction / the time of repair and of the removal of the disturbance appearing in point 8.7 of the specifications.
Availability: the working days of 8:00 to 16:00; the working days do not include Saturday and Sunday, nor the days which, at the place of execution (site of the requesting service), are made.
Reaction time in case of failure: 3 hours maximum.
Beginning of the troubleshooting : 8 hours au maximum.

Negotiations: are reserved. The adjudicator does not engage in price negotiations. Tenderers may only modify the prices indicated in their tender in special circumstances (for example whereIt should be clarified or clarified) and when the proposer expressly authorizes it in his invitation to participate in negotiations. a) for delivery the receipt of goods from the OFCL (by the tenderer himself or by courier): the tender must be submitted at the latest on the closing date indicated above, during theopening of the goods receipt (08: 00-12: 00 and 13: 00-16: 00) against acknowledgment of receipt of the OFCL;
