Object of these deliveries : Group purchase for the supply of office equipment

Explanation: This assignment has as object the conclusion of a framework agreement voor the purchase and delivery of office materials for a maximum period of 48 months, with the boards that will participate in this group purchase and that can place orders on demand during this assignment. It concerns an order for deliveries.

This is a non-exclusive framework contract. Consequently, the boards as listed in Appendix 1 are free to order elsewhere during dthe duration of the contract, without payment of compensation.

The UEA, with which the tenderer declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17 June 2016.

Additional information i.v. submitting tenders / applications: In application of Article 2, 6a and 7b of the Law of 17.6.2016 on public procurement, IOK will act as a central purchasing body in the sense that it places public contracts or framework contracts for works, supplies or services that are intended for contracting authorities or tenderednth entities, more specifically:

Appendix 1 contains the boards that have shown interest in participating in this group purchase. After award by IOK, these interested boards have the possibility of joining the awarded group purchase or not. In case of non-accession, no right to compensation will arise on the part of the contractor. Only interested boards are allowedThe contract with the contractor, after the award of the contract by the governing bodies of IOK, is done by each board listed in Appendix B separately, each for their part.

The execution also takes place by and for each of these administrations (eg order on demand, invoicing, payment, ...)
