Building cleaning work in public buildings in the city of Alzey

- Self-declaration on the proper payment of the contributions to the statutory accident insurance;

The above information and evidence forSuitability are first in the form of a self-declaration according to Form 124 (self-declaration of suitability) possible. Form 124 is enclosed with the tender documents. The submission of a Uniform European Self-Declaration (EEE) is also permitted as preliminary evidence. To the extent that competent bodies confirm self-declarations, the bidder whose offers will be shortlistedto submit the relevant certificates. If the offer is shortlisted and the documents and evidence were not or not completely presented with the offer, they must be submitted within 6 calendar days of being requested. Proof of suitability acquired through pre-qualification is permitted.

Foreign bidders have equivalent certificatesof the country of origin. For documents that are not written in German, a certified translation into German must be enclosed. With its offer to prove its expertise, performance and reliability, the bidder has a directly accessible entry in the generally accessible list of the Association for Prequalification of Service Providers (Prequalificationcations directory). Proof of suitability can also be obtained through self-declarations in accordance with Form 124 (self-declarations of suitability), alternatively be provided by submitting a uniform European self-declaration (EEE).

To assess the appropriateness (price / performance ratio) of the offers, the contracting authority checks:

a) the total amount of the offer to ensure its suitability / hostEfficiency,

b) the performance values (sqm / hour) calculated by the bidder for appropriateness.

The customer assumes maintenance cleaning for the advertised objects of average area performance, which are listed in the calculation scheme on the sheet "total" as guide values.

Deviations in the offers are tolerated, of max. 5% above the guide values (e.g. throughIncreased use of machinery, rational cleaning procedures).

Independent of these average values, the client reserves the right to check the appropriateness of the individual performance values calculated by the bidder. Falling short is harmless.

For calculation securitythe contracting authority strongly recommends viewing the objects before submitting the offer.
