The contract consists of execution of the ordinary and extraordinary cleaning service, disinfection and disinfestation of all the premises and of the suppellettilthe offices and related appurtenances used by the Municipality of Viterbo, for a total estimated area of the premises of 16 222 m, with the procedures and conditions established in the special terms of reference and related annexes, approved with determination to contract the manager of the sector III n. 1409 of 4.4.2016, amended and supplemented by subsequent decisions n. 1762 of 22.4.2016, n. 5433 of 18.12.2017, n. 452 of 27.1.2018 and n. 2399 of 16.5.2018.

The estimated total value of the contract in the three-year period amounts to 453 723.00 EUR over VAT, of which 1 820.00 EUR for security charges not subject to discount - The estimated value of the contract, including possible renewal, amounts to 907 446.00 EUR plus VAT

- equal scores will be awarded with the award in favor of the competitor who has obtained the best score on the technical offer; in case of equal offers we will proceed by drawing lots,

- the administration reserves, in any case, at its sole discretion, the faculty of not proceeding with the awarding on the basis of assessments of its own exclusive competence, without this implying any claim on the part of the competitors not even of a pre-contractual nature; the awarding and binding for the company awarded the contract but not for the ammininstruction, until the deeds are complied with the provisions in force,

- obligation for temporary groupings to indicate the parts to be assigned to each grouped economic operator (Article 48, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016) - obligation for the consortia of stable cooperatives and consortia to indicate the consortium members for which the consortium contributes and, for such consortium members, clarification of general requirements,

- any information, specification, method of presentation of the documentation for the admission of the offer, method of awarding, are indicated in the tender regulations, an integral and substantial part of this announcement,

- the contracting authority avails itself of the faculty as per art.110, cc. 1 and 2, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, so that in case of failure of the contractor or termination of the contract due to a serious breach, the following subjects will be progressively contacted,

- with notice on the website www.comune.viterbo.it you will be notified of the convening of public tender sessions after the first one,

- self-certifications, certifications, the documents and the offer must be in Italian or accompanied by a sworn translation,

- the amounts declared by impestablished in another EU Member State, if expressed in another currency, must be converted into EUR,

- the financial transactions, which are the subject of this contract, the rules set out in Articles 3 and 6 of Law 13.8.2010 n. 136, related to the obligations of financial traceability; the number of CIG assigned to this tender procedure, in order to guarantee the trepatriation of payments, must be reported in each financial transaction,

- contractual disputes referred to the court authority of the Court of Viterbo,

- pursuant to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 the data, even sensitive, provided by the competing companies, will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the procedure with manual, electronic, informatic toolsi and telematici, in accordance with the current public procurement rules,

- the award will be made even if only one valid offer is available, provided that it is considered appropriate and convenient pursuant to art. 97, c. 6 of the Code,

- in the event that, on the expiration date of the validity of tenders, tender operations are still in progress, the Municipality of Viterbo may request-to the bidders, pursuant to art. 32, c. 4, of the Code, the deferral of this term,

- the expenses related to the publication of the tender documents in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic and in the newspapers, estimated at approximately € 3, 000.00 are to be borne by the winner pursuant to the Ministerial Decree 2.12.2016, published in the Official Journal n. 20 of 25.1.2017 and must be rimb) to the contracting authority within 60 days of the award.
