Completion of Microsoft License Agreement and Software Assurance Framework Agreement

Nuernberg Clinic is signing a framework agreement for the purchase of Microsoft software products through a supplier. We are looking for a contractor who will visit the Klinikum Nuernberg in order to obtain Microsoftt supports software products through volume licensing contracts. The tender object replaces the existing agreement of the clinic with a trading partner for the purchase of Microsoft software products. Under this agreement, both Enterprise Agreement and Select Plus Agreement benefits have been partially covered by Software Assurance, including Education LicensesBased on the framework agreements between the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Microsoft. The successor contract must meet the same basic conditions.

The Klinikum Nuernberg issues a framework agreement for the purchase of Microsoft software products via a supplier. We are looking for a contractor who runs the hospitalSupported Nuernberg to obtain Microsoft software products through volume licensing agreements. The tender object replaces the existing agreement of the clinic with a Microsoft trading partner for the purchase of Microsoft software products. The successor contract must fulfill the same basic conditions.
