The subject of the invitation to tender is the purchase based on an EVB-IT sales contract for the delivery of notebooks including accessories. The contract period should be set to 4 years due to the optional purchase part.

MainSite: Provincial Capital Potsdam

The contractor must sell the hardware listed in the service description including the corresponding rights (and licenses) to the customer for one-time use for permanent use.

All components to be delivered must be exclusively new at delivery (ie not older than 3 months ). All components must be the current Hardware version and are delivered as original goods in their original packaging.

The hardware supplied by the contractor must have been procured exclusively via the authorized sales channels specified by the manufacturers. Upon request, the contractor has to provide the client with proof of this.
