Information about the pre-commercial purchase

How does a PCP work The purchase takes the form of a pre-commercial purchase (PCP) of research and development services, whereby the assignment is assigned to several service providers simultaneously according to a phased approach. This makes it possible to compare competitive alternative solutions.

Each selected service provider is allocated a framework agreement for the 3 phases of the Oate, the service provider with the best solution is selected for the next phase.

The tests in phase 3 are in principle carried out in the Scheldt estuary and / or the Belgian coastal zone.

Communication during the tendering process takes place in Dutch and English. .
