"Production and delivery of work and specialized clothing"

The fulfillment of the subject of this public procurement, including activities for the production and delivery of work and specialized clothing, meeting the requirements of the contracting authority, detailed in them Spec (Appendix No 1, integral part of the procurement documents), as followstwo:

Main Site: Zemlyane Bus Station - Sofia, 21 Zhitnitsa Str., Headquarters - Sofia, 21 Zhitnitsa Street; Malashevtsi Bus Branch - Sofia, 2 11 "Carving"; bus division.

Execution of the subject of this public procurement, including activities for the production and delivery of work and specialized clothing, meeting the requirements of the contracting authority, subdescribed in their specification (Annex 1, integral part of the procurement documents), as follows:

1. Work suit - summer (jacket and hemisphere) (male and female) - 1 800 pcs;

2. Work Suit - Warm (Jacket and Hem) (Men and Women) - 900 pieces;

3. Working mantle (male and female) navy blue - 257pcs;

4. Special work suit fire-spark protection - 25 pcs;

5. Special work suitacid resistant - 3 pieces;

6. Special suit - oil and oil protection (male and female) - 8 pcs;

7. Medical mantle (male and female) - 5 pcs;

8. Fur coat working - service - 55 pcs;

9. Working jacket (male and female) - 72 pcs;

10. Winter suit - controllers (fur coat and trousers) - 14 pcs;

11. Summer suit - controllers (blouse and pants) - 14 pcs.

This order is reserved overall. order within the meaning of Art.12 of the Public Procurement Law and is intended for awarding participants under Art. 12 para. 1 item 1 of the PPA, since its subject matter is incl. goods and services from the list of goods and services according to the Common Glossary.

The requirement is only for participants who are specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities by public procurement.

1. The participant should be registered in the Register of Specialized Exenterprises and cooperatives of and for persons with disabilities to the Agency for People with Disabilities under Art. 29, para. 1 of the Law on the Integration of Persons with Disabilities, Including the Scope of Activities of the Specialized Enterprise or Cooperative of Persons with Disabilities: Textile Manufacturing, Work Clothing, or in an Equivalent Register of a Member State of the European Union.

Certification: upon filing ofParticipants shall declare in section 1, Section 1, "Eligibility" in Part IV: "Selection Criteria" of the electronic Single European Procurement Document (EDES), their compliance with the selection criterion under item 1, by explicitly stating the numbers. under which they are entered in the register under item 1, web address, authority or office issuing the document and accurate reference to the document; respectively each participant

Proof: the proof under item 1 in the form of a certified copy of a valid certificate for registration in the Register of Specialized Enterprises and Cooperatives of and for persons with disabilities with the Agency for People with Disabilities under Art. 29, para. 1 of the Law on Integration of Persons with Disabilities, Including the Scope of Activity of the Specialized Enterpriseor cooperative of people with disabilities: production of textile products, work clothes, shall be presented by the participant, upon request during the procedure or before the conclusion of a contract by the participant designated in accordance with Art. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112 of the PPL. If the participant is a non-legal entity, compliance with the selection criteria under 2.1.1 shall be demonstrated for each member of the entity.poverty. Where the participant envisages the participation of subcontractors, the requirement shall also apply to them. For non-residents it is accepted to register in a similar register, in accordance with the legislation of the Member State in which they are established.

Not required. 54, para. 1, items 1-7 of the PPA, when:

1. has been convicted by a judgment which has the force of res judicata, unless rehabilitated, for a crime under Art. 108a, Art. 159a - 159d, Art. 172, Art. 192a, Art. 194 217, Art. 219-252, Art. 253-260, Art. 301-307, Art. 321, 321a and Art. 352-353f of the Penal Code;

2. has been convicted by a judgment which has the force of res judicata, unless rehabilitated, for an offense similar to those referred to in paragraph 1 in another Member State or a third country; there are tax obligations and compulsory insuranceinstallments within the meaning of Art. 162, para. 2, item 1 of the Tax Insurance Procedure Code and the interest thereon to the state or the municipality at the seat of the assignor and the candidate or participant, or similar obligations under the legislation of the state in which the applicant or participant is established, evidenced by entry in force act of the competent authority;

4. there is inequality in casesunder Art. 44, para. 5 of the PPL;

5. has been found to: removal or fulfillment of selection criteria;

6. has been established with the entry into force ofa decree or a judgment, violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 228, para. 3, Art. 245 and Art. 301-305 of the Labor Code or Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the law of the country in which the applicant or participanthiccup established;

7. there is a conflict of interest that cannot be resolved. The grounds referred to in items 1, 2 and 7 shall apply to the persons representing the participant or the candidate, the members of the management and supervisory bodies and to other persons having the power to exercise control in the decision-making by those bodies. The contracting authority may remove from the participation in the procedure the participant for whomit is based on art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 4 and item 5 of the Public Procurement Act.

3 / The assignor shall remove a participant from participation in the procedure, in the presence of the grounds under Art. 107 of the PPA, according to the documentation for participation.

4 / The contracting authority removes a participant for whom there are specific national grounds for exclusion (removal) as follows:

1. he was convicted of a criminal convictionit under Art. 108a, Art. 159a - 159d, Art. 172, Art. 192a, Art. 194 217, Art. 219-252, Art. 253-260, Art. 301-307, Art. 321, 321a and Art. 352-353f of the Criminal Code, as well as analogous to those under the conditions of Art. 54, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act;

2. it was established by a penal decree or court decision entered into force, a violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 228, para. 3, Art. 245 and Art. 301-305 of the Labor Code (LC) or Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the law of the country in which the applicant or participant is established;

3. availability of connectivity within the meaning of - 2, item 45 of the Public Procurement Act of the Public Procurement Act, under Art. 101, para. 11 of the PPA, in connection with Art. 107, Vol. 4from the PPA;

4. presence of circumstance under art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their beneficial owners (unless the conditions under Article 4 of the same law are met);

5. availability of circumstances under art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Forfeiture Actillegally acquired property.

5 / A participant who does not extend or confirm the period of validity of the offer (Article 35a, paragraph 3, last pronounced by PPPOP) is removed from participation.
