Rental and maintenance of professional clothing for officers of the city of Roissy-en-Brie and CCAS

The purpose of this contract is to ensure the rental and maintenance of the professional clothing of the grouping of orders constituted by the City of Roissy-en-Brie and CCAS. As coordinator of the group of orders, the City-Roissy-en-Brie is responsible for signing and notifying the market, each member of the group ensuring its proper execution for what concerns him.

Clothing of catering agents of the city and the CCAS, maintenance agents of the city, ATSEM and CCAS home helpers

- declaration of the candidate (free form or DC1),

- declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate enters-none of the cases of prohibition to tender,

- copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership,

- information on the respect of the obligation of employment mentioned in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code;

The application can be submitted either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (freely available on the website www.economie.gouv.fr.), in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME).

The transmission of plies by paper is authorized: post with AR, deposit against receipt at the opening hours of the public order service Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.

Transmission of documents electronically is performed on the buyer profile. Transmission modalities-Folders electronically are defined in the regulation of the consultation. On the other hand, the transmission of the documents on an electronic physical support (CD-ROM, USB key ...) is not authorized.

Samples or models required:

- for the batch 1 - clothes of the agents of restoration of the city and the CCAS, city maintenance officers, ATSEM and CCAS home helpers, the list ofThe bibs are indicated by an AU BPU / DQE,

- for the lot 2 - clothes of the agents of the Municipal Technical Center (CTM) and the sports department - 1 copy of each garment described in article 2 of the CCTP.

For all the lots, the candidates will provide: 1 sample of the marking on a garment (logo).
